Implementation Services

  • Analysis & Design: Our Consultants study current and proposed business processes & practices, and operational & financial requirements through discussions and review of relevant documents. Gaps between requirements and software are identified, and an optimum solution is suggested within the framework of the software.

  • Product Installation: Our Consultants install the ERP or CRM solution on the Customer's Server.

  • Data Migration: Our Consultants assist our Customers to collect data relevant to the implementation - Masters, Opening Balances and Open Transactions - and to import these into the solution.

  • Product Training: Our Consultants provide hands-on training on the solution to Key Users on the processes relevant to the organization. During Product Training, our Consultants also simulate any complex scenarios that the Customer may have.
  • Go Live Support: We ensure that our Customers are supported during the critical phase of Go Live. Our Consultants are available to guide Key Users on entering Transactions and to answer any queries that they may have.

Customization Services

  • Customization of Reports: We provide report customization services comprising both existing and new reports, using inbuilt and third-party report-writing tools like Crystal ReportsT.

  • Customization of Application: We provide application customization services using Solution Provider's Software Development Kit (SDK) and third-party development tools.
